    Peter Ferguson’s “Fire in the Map Room!

    Peter Ferguson’s haunting, Norman Rockwell-ish dreamscapes will be on display within his new body of work entitled “Fire in the Map Room!" opening Thursday, April 3rd at Roq La Rue Gallery in Seattle, Washington.  The dim scenes, seemingly lit by some grand campfire where the visions are conjured up, are sure to captivate.  See more below:

    The Battle of Kursk opened with perhaps the greatest concentration of armor ever ansembled for one operation. This line up of late Panzer IV Ausf. Gs of the 7th Company of Leibstandarte Division approaches a horizon already smoking from the opening barrages of the battle. The vehicles are painted overall Sand Yellow with an overspray of Red Brown.
